SUBJECT : Analysis of the interview questins
RESULTS :
1. We have learned that the transaction of the business processes are slow between customer and company because the processes are conducted manually and require face-to-face interaction.
e.g interaction :-
- agreement signing
- payment method
2. Department that exist in the company are secretary, store keeping and administration. All the job are done basically manually therefore time consuming.
3. Challenges encountered by the company are basically more on the time and supply management.
4. Visiting card and flyers are used as a method for marketing the business therefore no proper marketing strategy.
5. Documentation of the business processes are done manually and not computerized.
